BOOKING POLICY 

• 100% Advance for confirm booking
• Check-In time is 1:00 p.m and Check-Out Time is 11 a.m
• Carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure and applied to all guests. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
• We may charge compulsory gala dinner supplement on Christmas / New Year’s event or other festive periods. The needs to be cleared separately.
• Breakfast timings are 8:30 – 10:30 am henceforth all requests will be chargeable.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

• A 50 % refund will be made for cancellations received 20 days before date of arrival, No refund thereafter.
• No refund is applicable on on Black out dates (24th, 25th, 30th & 31st of December & Long weekends) and festival dates viz. Holi and Diwali.
• In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 15% as payment processing charges and payment will process in 10-15 days.
